FOR WEDDINGS
You have the location. I will turn it into a picture. A design concept that all your service providers will understand.
Four things determine whether a room works.
Highs & Lows
Your guests won't say that the candles were at two different heights or arranged in groups of three. They will say it was lovely, and not know exactly why. This here is the why.
Light
Upon arrival, it is bright and flat, for the wedding ceremony half the guests are squinting, for dinner everything turns warm, and two hours later only what you have illuminated yourselves remains. A concept has to work in all four situations. The color that looks elegant at four can vanish at ten. The white that looks fresh at noon turns gray by candlelight.
Space & Dimension
A table where everything is the same height is neat and boring. It becomes interesting through levels: tall candles next to shallow bowls, flowers at three heights, glass that refracts light, and empty space in between so the eye can rest. The same applies to the room as a whole. Where is it tight, where is it spacious, where do you walk through, where do you linger.
Repetition
A color that appears in only one place is decoration. If it recurs in three widely spaced places, it becomes the signature of the day. The same goes for material and form. Precisely this rediscovery is the reason why some weddings feel seamlessly integrated and others like a collection of pretty individual parts.
My inspirations come from interior design, fashion, and travel. Each concept is individually tailored to you.
And in the end, there is the question that makes the difference. Not what else can be added, but what can be taken away. A concept does not get better by constantly adding more. Rather, everything that is part of the concept must justify its existence.
What beautiful weddings usually fail because of.
Not to bad taste. To a lack of coordination.
The florist works with her own vision, the stationery designer with another, the decor rental sends whatever is currently in stock, and in the end, you have a room where every element is beautiful on its own and nothing works together. No one made a mistake. No one ever just decided what the whole thing was supposed to look like.
That is precisely what a design concept is. Not a prettier moodboard, but a decision that everyone knows beforehand, before anyone places an order.

Color and Style Concept
Built on your location and on you. Colors, materials, finishes, and a clear guideline by which every individual decision can be measured later.
Design Booklet
The core of the work: mood boards, color values, material suggestions, digital visualizations of your blackboard and your rooms, along with detailed descriptions. You see beforehand what it will look like afterward.
Floral Design & Decoration
Concrete suggestions for flowers, arrangements, tables, furniture, and styling, in quantities and forms that a florist can calculate directly. No image that they first need to interpret.
Stationery & Design
Suggestions for invitation, menu, place cards, signage. One tone, one paper, one font, consistently through to the sign at the parking lot.
Space & Light
Where there are candles, where the light needs to become warmer, when the space between dinner and party is being transformed. Light is the difference between pretty and atmospheric.
Service provider list & briefing
A curated selection of who can execute this, and the handoff of all documents. Afterwards, floristry, styling, and decoration know exactly what to do.
Shopping and styling list
An estimate of all components. And what you want to get yourselves is listed with quantities. No guessing in the online shop and nothing that ends up being there three times over.
Two correction cycles
You see the concept before it is final. Whatever doesn't fit, we change, and if necessary a second time. Only after that do the documents go to your service providers.
Why other female planners book me for design.
I am a lecturer for wedding design, and other wedding planners book me for the design of their own couples. I am not telling you this to impress you, but so you know to whom you are entrusting the vision of your wedding.

What a design concept costs.
The design concept starts at 2,900 euros. What it costs with you depends on the scope. A menu board in a restaurant is different from three days with a reception, dinner, and party in changing rooms.
If you want me there on the wedding day for implementation, that comes as a separate item. What it entails depends on the setup and schedule.
In the initial consultation, I'll tell you what your concept needs and how much it costs. After that, you'll know where you stand.
When the design conception is the right choice.
If you have location and organization under control and are just missing the big picture. You keep the planning, I will develop the concept that brings everything together.
If you both want to submit it, the Full-Service Planning the right approach. How you want to divide planning and design will be clarified in the initial consultation.
And to avoid any misunderstandings: I will develop the concept and brief everyone involved. It will be implemented on the wedding day by your service providers; I am usually not on-site. If you want it differently, that can be booked. In that case, I will be there during setup and ensure that the concept turns into exactly what is written in the booklet.

Send me a few lines about yourselves, your location, and the feeling you are hoping for. Feel free to include pictures, even if they contradict each other. Exactly that is what will become a concept. I look forward to hearing from you.
What to ask couples for design conception
How early do we need a design concept?
As soon as the location is set, ideally nine to twelve months in advance. Before that, the basis is missing because the space helps determine the concept. Later is also possible, but then the selection for florals and stationery just gets tighter.
We already have a wedding planner. Does that make sense?
Yes, and that happens. Other planners book me for their couples' design. I then work with her, not alongside her.
What do you need from us?
Your location, your date, an approximate number of guests, and a sense of what you like. Pictures, places, a hotel you liked, a color you don't want to see. Your story and elements that define you. That's enough to start.
Do we only get to see the concept once?
No, two revision cycles are planned. You see the concept, tell me what doesn't fit, I'll adjust it, and a second time if necessary. Only after that will the documents be sent to your service providers.
Will you implement the concept on the wedding day itself?
Usually not. The concept and briefing come from me, and the execution on the day is done by your service providers. If you want me there, that can be booked. Then I will be there during setup and make sure it turns out the way it says in the booklet.
