the goosebumps during the "I do", the embrace where neither wants to be the first to let go, the moment you look around and realize: you are currently celebrating the best party of your life with everyone you love. Not thinking about whether the caterer is stuck in traffic or who actually has the wedding rings. The hundred little things that otherwise fall on your shoulders run in the background with me. You won't notice any of it, and that is just as it should be.
I am Jennifer, a wedding planner and designer from Hamburg. Before I planned weddings, I spent fourteen years turning chaos into order in an advertising agency. Today, I plan and design weddings and pass on my knowledge as a lecturer for wedding design.
I will take care of the entire organization and design. Not a wedding like the ones you have already seen a dozen times, but yours. One where you almost have to send the guests home yourselves at the end because no one wants to leave.
You are both busy with your careers and have been to enough weddings to feel: you want something special, a wedding that feels different. And someone you can hand it over to completely without having to chase after the process. In doing so, you are handing over the work, not the decisions: I recommend, you decide.
That is precisely my job. I take care of the planning and design and make the hundred small decisions that you don't even want to be asked about. We share the anticipation. On the day itself, I hold everything together in the background. If the florist has to change plans in the morning, that gets sorted out while you are standing in the garden with a glass in your hand, completely unaware of it.

Before Studio Wedded, I studied event management and led large, complex projects and teams at an advertising agency. What holds a wedding together cannot be seen: timing, vendors, communication. That is my craft, and abroad, it matters even more than it does at home.
I am developing the concept, incorporating ideas from interior design, fashion, and travel, and managing the implementation. The color of the invitation is reflected in the flowers on the table and in the menu at the place setting. A cohesive overall picture instead of a hodgepodge of individual elements.
I don't have just a Plan B, I have many. If rain is forecasted for the afternoon, the right one is already in place before you see the first cloud. My couples describe me as the calm center of the day, no matter how much is going on behind the scenes.
Marquee weddings on private land, without electricity, without fixed infrastructure. I build your wedding wherever there was just a meadow in the morning. The last one stood under canvas for four days.

I will personally get back to you within 48 hours, we will clarify the initial questions, and if it's a good fit, we will schedule the initial consultation.
We are going in-depth: your wedding, an initial feel for the venue and style, and what it costs. That is what you will take away with you, no matter how you decide.

Honestly: not every couple. If you have the time, like organizing things yourselves, and are planning a manageable celebration, you can reach your goal without me. The couples who come to me usually have busy schedules, high expectations for design and experience, or both. They’ve already seen a lot and want something special for themselves.
Most of the weddings I coordinate have a per-person budget starting at €800 in Germany and starting at €1,000 abroad or for a marquee wedding. This is not a strict limit, but rather based on experience: starting at this scale, there is enough leeway for planning and design to truly unfold. Significantly below that, I am usually not the right fit, and I prefer to say that beforehand rather than afterwards. If you are unsure, just ask.
Everything that matters to you. I will prepare, preselect, and present to you only what truly fits you. You say yes or nothing, instead of wading through thirty offers. Nothing will be booked that you haven't approved.
