I am Jennifer, a wedding planner and designer from Hamburg. Before I planned weddings, I spent fourteen years at an advertising agency turning chaos into order. On your wedding day, I am what a couple once called ‚everywhere and nowhere at the same time‘: there as soon as you need me, invisible when you don't. Most of what goes wrong at weddings doesn't happen at all because someone thought of it beforehand. For the rest, I have more than a Plan B.
And because your daily life is busy, I accommodate your schedule: appointments are also available in the evening and on weekends via video call. I prepare everything else so that you can read it whenever it suits you.
My ideas come from interiors, from fashion, from travel. And for me, design doesn't start with color, but with light and surroundings: how the afternoon sun falls into the room, where you stand for your first dance, what your guests see in the first moment. After that comes the material. Linen that absorbs light, candles instead of spotlights, a shade too few rather than one too many. That the tone of your invitation is reflected in the blossoms on the table, in the seal on the menu, in the candle slowly burning down in the evening, is then just craftsmanship. High quality, yes. But never flashy. It should look like you, just on your most beautiful day.
Today I pass on my knowledge as a lecturer for wedding design, and other planners book me for the design of their own couples. I am not telling you this to impress you, but so that you know who you are entrusting your day to.

Then I am drawn to the sun. I love to travel, spend long evenings outside, and experience moments when you eventually look at the clock and wonder where the last five hours actually went.
I like to be right in the middle of life. I am curious and have a great desire to make things happen and constantly learn something new. I go through life with a lot of optimism and positive energy, believe that almost a little more is almost always possible, and am rarely satisfied with „good enough.“.
At the same time, I love the very simple things: singing along at home, very loudly and almost certainly way out of tune, good food, long conversations, a glass of wine with the right people, and those unplanned moments that often end up becoming the best memories.
I believe that one can be ambitious without becoming dogged. That one can have high standards and still keep a sense of ease, that the most beautiful things are created when you not only try to make something perfect, but are in it with your whole heart. And that life becomes truly wonderful when you really live it, with open eyes, deep feeling, and a healthy dose of humor and joy.
Maybe that's precisely why I love weddings so much: because in the end, it's about the feeling and the emotions that remain.
