You make the decisions that really matter to you: where you celebrate, what it looks like, who plays, what's on the table. Maybe thirty decisions that are worth you making.
I handle the rest. When the shuttle leaves so the wedding ceremony doesn't keep half the guests waiting. Whether the electricity in the tent is enough for the kitchen and the band at the same time. Whether the florist is allowed in the day before or only in the morning. Who actually has the wedding rings. You won't notice any of it, and that's the point.
You are both busy with your careers and have been to enough weddings to know what you don't want. What you need isn't more choices, but someone to pre-select for you. I recommend you decide.

Everything. And in such a way that you can see at every point where we stand.
Scope & Budget
We start with the date, number of guests, and budget. From this, we create a budget plan that I maintain throughout the entire planning process using real quotes. You can see at any time what is committed and what is still open.
Location
I research, check, and visit, and present you with a selection that fits your guest count, budget, and style. Three locations, not thirty. For each one, I'll tell you what it offers and what it costs.
Service provider
Photography, floristry, catering, music, technology, wedding celebrant, hair & make-up. I select, negotiate, and present you with offers and a clear recommendation. You say yes or no, instead of wading through thirty offers. Nothing is booked that you haven't approved.
Design
I am developing the design concept: a design booklet with a mood board, colors, materials, and digital visualizations. This ensures that all service providers have the same vision in mind and no one creates their own version of it.
Guests & Procedure
Guest list, seating chart, schedule down to the quarter-hour, hotels and travel directions. Plus a wedding website and a booking platform so your guests can get their questions answered there instead of calling you.
The day itself
I will be there from setup and stay until after teardown. I will brief all service providers, keep to the schedule, and solve whatever needs solving. If the florist needs to change plans in the morning, that will be sorted out while you are having breakfast.
After the wedding
Final invoices, returns, rental furniture, open items with the service providers. That will keep running with me without you hearing about it.

14 years of project management
Before Studio Wedded, I studied event management and led large, complex projects and teams at an advertising agency. What supports a wedding is what you don't see: timing, vendors, communication. That is my craft. You only notice it when it's missing.
Planning and design from a single source
I develop the concept and manage the implementation. There is no interface between planning and design where anything gets lost, and no one is waiting for anyone else.
Calm when it counts
I don't have a Plan B, I have many. If rain is forecast for the afternoon, the right one is already in place before you see the first cloud. My couples describe me as the calm anchor on the day.
Even where there is nothing written
Marquee weddings on private land, without electricity, without fixed infrastructure. I build your wedding wherever there was just a meadow in the morning. The last one stood under canvas for four days.
What a complete planning costs.
So you don't have to guess: In Germany, full planning starts with a minimum fee of 8,000 euros, and abroad with a minimum fee of 10,000 euros. The weddings I plan usually start at a per-person budget of 800 euros in Germany and 1,000 euros abroad or for a marquee wedding.
That is not a hard limit, but rather experience. Starting at this scale, there is enough leeway for planning and design to truly unfold. Significantly below that, I am usually not the right person, and I prefer to say that beforehand rather than afterward.
What your wedding costs in the end depends on what you have planned. A celebration with 60 guests in Hamburg is something different than three days in a tent in the countryside. That is why you do not get an off-the-shelf package, but an offer that fits your wedding. In the initial consultation, I will tell you clearly what your wedding needs and what it costs. After that, you will know where you stand.
Whether complete planning is right for you.
The couples who come to me usually have busy schedules, high standards for design and experience, or both. They have already seen a lot and want something special for themselves.
Honestly: Not every couple needs full planning. If you have time, like organizing things yourselves, and are planning a manageable celebration, you'll reach your goal without me. However, I would always recommend day-of coordination. And if your budget is significantly below the figures above, I'm usually not the right fit.

We are going in-depth: your wedding, an initial feel for the venue and style, and what it costs. That is what you will take away with you, no matter how you decide.

The questions that almost all couples ask themselves
When should we book you?
For a complete planning, ideally twelve to eighteen months before the date. If your wedding is coming up sooner: write to me anyway. Some things happen faster than you think, and if it's not possible, I will tell you openly.
How much time do we have to invest ourselves?
Less than you think. You make the decisions that are important to you; I prepare everything else so that a quick glance is enough. Most of my couples get by with just a few fixed appointments, gladly in the evening via video call if your schedule doesn't permit it otherwise.
We have already booked service providers. Is that a problem?
No. I will continue working with the ones you selected and add what is still missing. If I have concerns about a booking, I will let you know. You make the decisions.
Do you also handle just the coordination on the wedding day?
Yes, in selected cases. We can best clarify that on a case-by-case basis.
How many weddings do you take on a year?
Maximum eight to ten, so you get the service you deserve and always prompt answers to your questions. Your wedding won't just be a number, but will receive my full attention.
