What couples ask me before the initial consultation.
How much time do we have to invest ourselves?
Less than you think. You make the decisions that are important to you. I prepare everything else so that a quick glance is enough. Most of my couples get by with just a few fixed appointments, gladly in the evening via video call if your calendar doesn't allow for anything else. My planning is very structured and organized, ensuring that you have to invest as little time as possible yourselves and can enjoy the planning to the fullest.
How many weddings have you already planned?
19 weddings since 2023, from single-day coordination to full-service planning. The first couples for 2027 and 2028 have already booked. Your wedding still won’t just be a number, but will get my full attention.
I take a maximum of 8-10 weddings per year so that you get the service you deserve and always quick answers to all your questions.
When should we book a wedding planner?
For complete planning, ideally twelve to eighteen months before the date. For destination weddings, preferably earlier, because good locations are booked up quickly. But if your wedding is already approaching: write to me anyway. Some things happen faster than you think, and if it's not possible, I will tell you openly.
We have already planned a lot ourselves. Does that still work?
Yes. That is what the design concept is for: You keep the organization, I develop the design concept that brings everything together. How you want to divide planning and design, we will clarify in the initial consultation.
In selected cases, I also take on day-of coordination. Let's discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
Do you also plan outside of Hamburg?
Yes. My home is in Hamburg and Northern Germany. But I also plan throughout Germany and destination weddings, mainly in Mallorca and Italy. And if you have another location in mind, get in touch anyway. I can plan anywhere.
