Coordination on the wedding day

The day accompaniment ensures that the wedding day runs smoothly and gives you the freedom to enjoy your wedding day. I take over the planning about a month before the wedding.

TO THE FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

The following services are included:

  • Introductory meeting: 30 minutes free and non-binding introductory meeting
  • Takeover of the planning: Coordination and takeover of the previous planning approx. 4-6 weeks before the wedding
  • Schedule: Preparation of the schedule
  • Service provider communication: contacting and briefing all service providers
  • Wedding day coordination: 10 hours coordination and guest support on the wedding day.
